RONA’s B2B operation demanded a checkout that could accommodate custom business rules — from credit terms and cost centers to scheduled logistics and contract-based pricing. Standard e-commerce flows couldn’t support this level of complexity without introducing friction and operational overhead.
Each B2B branch (e.g., job site vs. headquarters) now has its own rules for pricing, payment methods, and credit limits — defined and executed directly within the checkout.
